Premsig.com confirms that goods will be of satisfactory quality, unless otherwise stated at point of sale, according to the regulations of the Sale of Goods Act 1979.

Orders cannot be processed without full payment. No goods will be dispatched until a credit or debit card payment has been authorised or another form of payment received.
When ordering goods from Premsig.com for delivery overseas, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. Customs policies vary from country to country and we have no control over these charges and so cannot predict what they may be. If the order is a gift, the package is marked "Gift" but the cost of the item is still stated on the customs form. Customs authorities require us to state the value of the gift item directly on the package.
Delivery will be by Royal Mail Recorded or Special Delivery, or Royal Mail International Recorded/Registered Delivery airmail. Single photographs sent first class to UK addresses. Postage worldwide is FREE! Items in stock will be shipped on receipt of payment.
Please note that overseas Royal Mail shipments require a signature for delivery, and for most major destinations you can check tracking outside of the UK online. The Royal Mail service is very secure and fully insured. They have never lost any of our shipments. We can offer delivery by FedEx, which takes the same time as Royal Mail, but due to the large amount of extra work involved with customs forms, and the extra cost, your shipment will be delayed by 2-3 days and we will need to charge an extra £75 per shirt (£30 for each subsequent shirt in the same shipment), or £55 per photo (£20 for each additional photo in the same shipment). Please contact us before you place your order if you require FedEx shipping.
Occasionally, we may have more than one of the same item in stock. In these instances we may use the same image to sell both items. In this case, the photograph or shirt will be identical to the one shown, but the autograph may be in a different position. Please note that no two autographs are identical and you autograph may differ slightly from that shown, but is guaranteed authentic. If we identify that you have ordered a duplicate, we will endevour to email you an image of the actual autograph for your approval.
Sometimes we may auction items displayed on the website. Priority is given to auction items that have bids. If you order an item that is up for auction, and has bids, we will let you know and we may not be able to proceed with your order. You can check any items we have for auction here.
While 99.9% of packages arrive safely, there are occasions when losses may happen. Please allow 28 days for the package to arrive from the date of dispatch. If this time elapses and the goods do not arrive, please contact your local post office to check that no goods are being held. In the unlikely event that the package is not being held, please contact us and we will be happy to assist in any way we can while our investigations into the whereabouts of your parcel continue.
If the wrong delivery address is given when ordering an item, and this is not corrected before the item is shipped, we cannot offer any refund or replacement item if the order is lost in the post and not returned to us. If the item is returned, due to an incorrect delivery address a 15% fee will be charged to cover costs.
Customers have the right to cancel their order at any time before it is dispatched, or within 30 days of receipt of the goods. This timescale is extended in the case of faulty goods, where an exchange or refund will be offered for such items up to 12 months after receipt. All items returned must be received in their original condition, and any items sent free with your order must also be returned. Any item that is damaged (creased photograph, ripped shirt, etc) will not be refunded. Shirts needing cleaning will be charged a fee of £40.
To cancel an order, customers should email Premsig.com, stating their contact details and order number. You may cancel your order without reason within 30 days. However, if you let us know what you felt went wrong we can use your feedback to improve our service.
Should you need to return an item, wrap the package securely and send the items to us at the address shown on your receipt. For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. We cannot be responsible for any returned goods that are lost in the post, or are returned without proof of purchase. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty. If a refund cannot be issued to the original credit card, to combat fraud you will need to open a PayPal account, and the refund will then be paid to this account.
All of our products come complete with a Certificate of Authenticity and a no questions 30 day return policy. If you are unhappy with any item you receive, for any reason, you may return it in it's original condition within 30 days for a full refund.
We are so confident with our products that should an item be found to have a fraudulent signature, we will refund you including all expenses. This covers any expenses you incur while authenticating the item with a third party, the cost of return postage, and any other reasonable expense.
For this reason, we must ask that any items returned for authenticity reasons be deemed fraudulent by two independent autograph dealers. You must include details of the dealers, including telephone number, and their reports with the item. Please also include receipts for expenses.
These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
